Infra Applications are designed for starting civil engineering businesses that currently use pen and paper or spreadsheets to run their business. It provides a single place to manage the company’s business with the familiar look and feel of conventional civil engineering task.

Only need a simple training because it mainly transform from spreadsheet format.

What kinds of software inside Infra Applications ?
Four applications are available as below: Urban Stormwater Design (USD),
Drain Network Analysis and Design (DNAAD)
Sewer Network Analysis and Design (SNAAD)
Earthworks Computation (EC)
Any training provided?
At the moment, C & S Software Solutions Sdn Bhd is not providing any training. But will arrange for training upon request. Certain fees will be charged.
Do I need to go through intensive training?
No, Infra Applications are simple applications.
What kind of pre-requirement of using Infra Applications ?
Infra Applications need some basic of civil engineering design knowledge.
Can draftsperson use Infra Applications ?
Yes, as long as draftsperson has some basic of civil engineering design knowledge.
The basic of knowledge also applicable to infrastructure drafting work.

How much does Infra Applications cost?
Infra Applications are affordable software.Minimum is RM5900.00 and maximum price is RM12,900.00. It depends on package selected. Cost of software can be recovered by a small scale of infra project awarded(few acres of project size). The prices
are valid in West Malaysia only.

Are Infra Applications available outside the Malaysia?
No, Infra Applications are currently available for Malaysia only.
How many simultaneous users does Infra Applications support?
Infra Applications are designed to be used on a single desktop.
Are Infra Applications easy to install?
Infra Applications are so easy to install, you don’t need any IT staff. The startup wizard gets your company set up and working right away so you can be starting your first project within minutes. Somehow, CAD feature needs special setup.
Can I install Infra Applications on multiple computers by using the same license?
You can install any copy of Infra Applications on your computers. Somehow, it only works when hardware dongle is attached to USB port. Infra Applications will work
as DEMO when dongle is not attached. USD will close the application.
Can I run multiple companies from the same copy of Infra Application ?
Infra Applications will work only with dongle attached.

When I install Infra Applications , Microsoft Window is asking for Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 to install?
Applications need Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework to run. Therefore you need to install Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package. The framework can down load from www.microsoft.com.
What is maximum size of project that can run in Infra Application
s ?
Infra Applications have been tested on maximum size of 80 acres of project. Anyway, it mainly base on computer system performance; such as available memory and processor speed.
What type of CAD applications that Infra Applications supported?
Drain/Sewer Network Analysis and Design required AutoCAD 2002 or later, Bricscad
V8.0 Professional Version.
Can I use Infra Applications without CAD?
Yes, but CAD interlink feature will be unavailable.
Is AutoCAD LT supported?
Yes, with special third party add on tools. Additional fees required for third party
tools. It onnly work on AutoCAD LT2004 to 2008.
Does Drain Network Analysis and Design allow Free Board design in drain section?
Yes, it does.
Does Drain Network Analysis and Design allow cascading drain design?
Yes, it does.
Does Drain Network Analysis and Design allow external discharge added to design network?
Yes, it does.
Does Sewer Network Analysis and Design allow population equivalent demand tabulation?
Yes, it does.
