• 3D knowledge will advange.
• To take part in software testing and compile bug report.
• Identify, investigate software defects and provide recommendation and solution.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree,  or equivalent in IT.
• C# or VB.NET skill(s) with min 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft. Net framework is an advantage.

Technical Support on Products

Responsibilities:

• To take care of the account assigned and serve them in terms of technical assitance, support and record client's suggestion.
• Conduct training to our users.
• To do support report and compile them for filing. (E-filling)
• Attend meeting of development and monthly meeting.
• To take part in software testing and compile bug report.
• To write technical specification and documentation.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates must post a patient and pleasant personality
• Candidate must be willing to work at Bandar Puteri Puchong.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
